Silence: For today’s meditation, let’s focus on silence.  I was asked last week what type of meditation I practice.  At it’s core, for me meditating is first about finding silence; silence from our daily distractions, silence from the movement in our minds, silence from our emotions, and most often silence from our reactions to the things of this world that we cannot control.  From that place of silence often comes a clear path forward.

Protest From Home: If you have the time, this three part interview with Noam Chomsky is terrifyingly educational and incredibly thought provoking.  (quiet listening required, his voice is soft but his words are mighty)

Please be sure to follow Hunger Strikers for Breonna and send them a note or a like, they are doing incredible work. If you have it in you, they are asking that you give up one food item that you like for the duration of their hunger strike or donate funds to support their process.
